Cesar Eizaga serves as the City Director at Mil Mujeres Legal Services since April 2021, where responsibilities include oversight of operations and community engagement. Prior experience includes roles as City Representative at Mil Mujeres Legal Services, as well as serving as an external legal consultant for PG Construcciones, C.A. from March 2011 to February 2018, and for CEMEX from April 2008 to August 2013, where legal representation and contract negotiation were key functions. Cesar also held a position as external legal advisor for San Antonio Internacional and worked as the Chief Labor Prosecutor in Zulia for the Ministry of Labor and Social Security from October 2005 to February 2008, advocating for workers' rights and union organizations. Education includes a Master’s degree in Labor Law and Administration from Universidad del Zulia and an Attorney degree from the same institution, augmented by a diploma in University Education.
