Noramay Cadena is an experienced professional with a diverse background in venture capital, product development, and non-profit work. Noramay began their career in 2011 as an Operationalize Product Development Focal and Integrated Product Team Leader at Boeing. In 2012, they joined the Board of Directors of the MIT Club of Southern California. In 2013, they co-founded and served as Executive Director of the Latinas in STEM Foundation. From 2015 to 2019, they were Cofounder & Managing Partner of MiLA Capital (Make in LA). In 2019, they joined Portfolia as Lead Investor of the Rising America Fund. In 2020, they became Managing Partner of Supply Change Capital. Most recently, in 2021, they joined the Board of Directors of Valley Presbyterian Hospital and CARE Enterprises Inc.

Noramay Cadena received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, followed by an MS in Systems Engineering from the same institution. Noramay then completed an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management in Business. Her educational journey began at San Fernando High School.
