Arnima Jain

Arnima Jain currently serves as the Head of Product at Milaap since June 2024. Prior to this role, Arnima held various positions at BiztechCS, including Product Owner and Product Manager from August 2019 to July 2024, focusing on the development and enhancement of Dynamics 365 and SaaS solutions, and defining product roadmaps and strategies. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Coordinator at Communication Crafts, where leadership in web development teams and client requirement management were key responsibilities, and as a Business Analyst at Technostacks Infotech Pvt. Ltd. and during an internship at Silver Touch Technologies Ltd. Arnima holds a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology from the Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research, completed in 2017, and additional education from GrowthX®.
