Iliana Sharp

Iliana Sharp has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations, compliance, and talent acquisition. Iliana currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at Milam's Markets. Prior to that, they worked at FirstService Residential Florida as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Iliana also served as the Director of Human Resources at SLS South Beach and the Biltmore Hotel, and as the Sr. Director and Director of Human Resources at MTVN Latin America. Throughout their career, Iliana has demonstrated leadership skills, managed budgets, and handled various HR responsibilities such as staffing, recruiting, benefits, and compliance.

Iliana Sharp completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting at FIU, Miami from 1985 to 1988. Iliana then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance at the University of Miami from 1989 to 1993.
