Eric Hayes has a diverse background in sports management and coaching, currently serving as the Service Desk Lead at Milan Laser Hair Removal since July 2022. Previous roles include Health and Recreation Manager at The Salvation Army Kroc Center Omaha and Youth Sports Coordinator at Union Omaha. With an extensive coaching career spanning various age groups, Eric has held positions such as Director of Coaching and Player Development at Council Bluffs Soccer Club and Women's Assistant Soccer Coach at Bellevue University. Eric's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in History from Bellevue University and an Associate of Arts in Coaching from Iowa Western Community College.
