Lindsey Kreifels

Lindsey Kreifels possesses extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as the Director of HR Business Partners & Shared Services at Milan Laser Hair Removal since August 2021. In this role, Lindsey leads the People Operations and Employee Relations teams, focusing on HR operations, compliance, and enhancing service delivery through advanced analytics and a ticketing system. Prior to this, Lindsey held various positions at the Robert B. Daugherty Foundation, including Office Manager & Executive Assistant, where responsibilities encompassed managing grant applications and accounts payable. Additionally, Lindsey has experience as an Investigator for the US Department of Labor, ensuring compliance with labor laws through comprehensive investigations and outreach. Lindsey holds a Human Resources Graduate Certificate and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
