Brandon M. Summers

Brandon M. Summers has a strong background in finance and accounting with over 20 years of experience. Brandon M. started their career as a Tax Staff at BKD CPAs & Advisors in 2002, where they worked until 2008. Brandon M. then joined KPM CPAs as a Staff Accountant before moving to Shook, Hardy & Bacon as a Tax Accountant in 2009. In 2012, Brandon was promoted to Senior Tax & Financial Accountant at Shook, Hardy & Bacon.

In 2014, Brandon joined Sedgwick LLP and held multiple roles, including Manager of Tax & Partner Compensation, Controller - Tax, Partner Compensation & Payroll, and Interim Chief Financial Officer. In these roles, they managed various finance functions, including payroll, taxes, and budgeting, and oversaw teams of up to 45 people. Brandon M. also worked closely with the Executive Committee and CFO on time-sensitive projects.

In 2018, Brandon joined Clyde & Co as the US Controller of Tax & Partner Accounting, where they were responsible for tax compliance and partner accounting. Brandon M. held this role until 2023 when they joined Milbank LLP as the Director of Finance.

Brandon M. Summers completed their education at Missouri State University. Brandon M. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 2005 and later pursued a Master of Accountancy degree from the same institution, completing it in 2006. Additionally, Brandon holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant.
