Najmun Amin

Najmun Amin has over 20 years of experience in managing benefits and compensation. They currently hold the position of Director of Benefits & Compensation at Milbank LLP since September 2022. Prior to this, Najmun held various roles at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, including Head of Benefits and Director of Benefits & Wellness from July 2016 to September 2022, and Director of Benefits from January 2014 to September 2022. Before joining Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, Najmun worked at Deutsche Bank as Vice President Corporate Benefits from January 2010 to December 2013, and Assistant Vice President Corporate Benefits from April 2007 to February 2010. They also have experience as a Benefits Service Manager at Hewitt Associates from September 2005 to March 2007, and as a Service Delivery Lead at Affiliated Computer Services from January 2005 to August 2005. Earlier in their career, Najmun worked as a Senior Technical Analyst at Mellon Financial Corporation from January 2002 to January 2005, and as a Technical Analyst and Business Analyst at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1996 to 2002.

Najmun Amin obtained a Certification in Global Benefits from the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists from 2018 to 2025. In 2014, they completed their Certified Healthcare Reform Specialist certification from the Healthcare Reform & Policy Institute. Additionally, they hold an MBA degree in Corporate Finance & Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, attained from 1994 to 1996.
