Fcca Ronald Mukandi [Ca Acma, Cgma, Mba] (Z)

Ronald Mukandi [CA(Z), FCCA, ACMA, CGMA, MBA] has extensive work experience in finance, audit, and management roles. Ronald is currently serving as the Finance Director (East Africa Operations) at Milbridge Holding SA since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Group Finance Manager [East Africa Operations] at the same company from January 2022 to February 2022.

Before joining Milbridge Holding SA, Ronald worked as a Finance Manager at TrenTyre Zimbabwe from April 2021 to December 2021. Ronald also worked as a Finance & Audit Professional Consultant from January 2021 to March 2021.

Ronald's previous experience includes working at ArcelorMittal, where they held various positions. Ronald served as the Head of Audit, Internal Controls & Sox from May 2018 to December 2020. In this role, they directed audit, internal controls, and Sox compliance for the company's operations in Liberia. Ronald also worked as the Finance Manager/Finance & Business Processes Specialist from January 2017 to May 2018, overseeing budgeting, financial statements, and internal controls. Prior to this, they served as an Internal Audit Supervisor/Manager from January 2014 to December 2016 and as a Senior Auditor from October 2012 to December 2013.

Earlier in their career, Ronald worked at KPMG, where they held various roles. Ronald served as a Senior Auditor/Supervisor/Assistant Manager from September 2008 to August 2012, leading external audit engagements and managing budgets. Ronald also worked as a Senior Associate from January 2012 to April 2012 and as an Audit Associate from October 2006 to September 2008.
