Director Of Center Operations at Mile High Early Learning

Esquivel Gabriela has extensive experience in the field of early childhood education. Esquivel started their career as an Assistant Preschool Teacher at CSUN Child & Family Studies Center in 2014 and later became a Master Preschool Teacher, where they supervised and directed a diverse group of children and teachers.

In 2020, Esquivel Gabriela took on the role of Professional Development Coach at Vista Del Mar - Home-SAFE, where they provided instructional support, mentoring, and coaching to Family Child Care Providers. Esquivel focused on enhancing the quality of early care and education and supported providers in creating an environment that promotes the growth and development of Early Head Start children.

From 2020 to 2022, Esquivel Gabriela also worked as a Lecturer at California State University, Northridge, teaching an undergraduate course in the Educational Psychology and Counseling department. The course covered the examination of theoretical positions in development and learning, with a focus on implications for educational practice in the early years.

In 2021, Esquivel Gabriela joined Clayton Early Learning as the Manager of Education and Family Services. In this role, they managed the development and delivery of services targeted at students, families, and communities. Esquivel provided leadership, training, and guidance to promote programmatic excellence and implemented the organization's programs, projects, and initiatives.

Currently, Esquivel Gabriela serves as the Director of Center Operations at Mile High Early Learning, a position they started in 2022. Esquivel is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective operations of assigned early learning centers and works to provide a quality educational experience for young children and their families. Esquivel also mentors and supports Program Directors in areas of operations and leadership and collaborates with colleagues and the leadership team to integrate all aspects of the organization and accomplish its mission.

Throughout their career, Esquivel Gabriela has demonstrated expertise in early childhood education, leadership, program development, and implementing educational initiatives.

Esquivel Gabriela pursued higher education at California State University, Northridge, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Studies with a specialization in Childcare Administration. Esquivel attended the university from 2011 to 2016. Subsequently, they continued their education at the same institution and completed a Master of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching, graduating in 2019.
