Mile High Flood District
Colin Haggerty is an experienced water resources professional currently serving as the Watershed Manager at Mile High Flood District since June 2021. Prior to this role, Colin worked at Stantec from February 2015 to June 2021 as the Mountain West Wet Weather Sector Lead and Senior Water Resources Engineer, managing various water resource projects including storm sewer systems and regional water quality facilities in the mountain and western regions. Colin began their career at PB, where they held the position of Senior Engineer from 2004 to January 2015, also focusing on water resource initiatives. Colin holds a degree from the University of Arizona, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
