Mile High Flood District
Kyle Donovan is an experienced water resources professional currently serving as the Watershed Manager at Mile High Flood District since November 2022. Prior roles include Senior Water Resources Engineer at Stantec (May 2019 - November 2022) and Water Resources Engineer at HDR (October 2011 - November 2018). Earlier in their career, Kyle worked as a Sales Engineer at Contech and held various engineering positions at Applegate Group, Inc., and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University, earned between 2000 and 2005.
