Mile High Flood District
Ryan Tigera, PE, is a Project Engineer at Mile High Flood District, where responsibilities include supporting various projects in the Boulder Watershed, focusing on stream restoration and vegetation management. Previously, Ryan served as an Engineer at Aurora Water, facilitating public inquiries, reviewing permits, and ensuring compliance with city criteria. Experience also includes roles as an Engineering Intern, Research Assistant, and Teaching Assistant at the University of Colorado Denver, along with positions in environmental and community service work. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Colorado Denver and a BA in Philosophy and History from Loyola University Maryland.
