Allison Powell

Allison Powell currently serves as the Coordinator for Community Giving and Engagement at Mile High United Way since October 2023, having previously held the position of Associate in the same department. Additionally, Allison works as a Patient Family Service Specialist at Children's Hospital Colorado, focusing on facilitating communication between families and medical teams while advocating for family concerns. Prior experience includes a role as a Summer Food Program Kitchen Assistant at FOOD For Lane County, a City Management Intern for the City of Veneta, Oregon, where Allison led the development of the city's first Paths and Trails Master Plan, and a Development Intern at Aurora Public Schools Foundation, where Allison created a leadership program and secured significant donations for fundraising. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Planning, Public Policy, and Management from the University of Oregon.
