Tim Main has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tim has the most recent experience at Mile High United Way, starting as a Data Collection and Analysis Coordinator in April 2014 and progressing to become a Manager, Senior Manager, and currently the Director of Evaluation & Learning. Prior to this, Tim worked as a Professional Research Assistant at the University of Colorado, focusing on the Judi's House Child Bereavement Project. Tim also served as a Programming Intern at Big City Mountaineers, where they developed program evaluation methods and assisted with programming needs. Additionally, Tim worked as an Inclusion/Program Director at Altogether Outdoors, managing a team of counselors and ensuring children with special needs had a positive camp experience. Tim was also a Teaching Assistant at the Colorado School of Public Health, a Safe Kids Colorado Intern, a Residential Treatment Counselor at Attention Homes, a Research Assistant at the Child and Adolescent Health Measurement Initiative, a Middle School Camp Coordinator at Friends of Tryon Creek State Park, and a Resident Assistant at Lewis & Clark College. Tim's experience showcases their expertise in evaluation, research, program development, and leadership in various settings.
Tim Main completed their education history with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Lewis & Clark College in 2007. Tim then pursued a Master's in Public Health from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus between 2009 and 2011. In 2018 and 2019, Tim attended the Regional Institute of Health & Environmental Leadership for the Advanced Leadership Training Program.
