Stephany H. is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in financial leadership roles across several organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Finance at MileIQ since July 2023, Stephany has previously held similar positions at Realm and Monzo Bank, where responsibilities included overseeing financial operations for the USA. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Tala and Branch.co, both focusing on financial services in emerging markets. With a foundation in investment analysis from The MANGO Fund and private equity at Creation Investments Capital Management, LLC, Stephany began their career in business advisory services at PwC, after an internship at KPMG. Stephany holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
