Samantha S. Hart has over a decade of experience in the fields of sustainability and construction. In 2006, they began their career as an intern at the Tennessee Concrete Association. Two years later, in 2008, they became a Production Supervisor at Hanson. In 2010, they took on the role of Career and Technical Education Teacher: Concrete and Construction Core at Metro Nashville Public Schools. In 2011, they became the Operations Supervisor at Westminster Home Connection. In 2012, they took on the role of Sustainability Manager at Hands On Nashville, as well as the role of Volunteer Sustainable Business Consultant at Green Loop (Nashville). In 2014, they became the Operating Director & Home Energy Specialist at Go Green Home Services. In 2017, they took on the role of Project Manager and Customer Care at Ground Up Foundation Repair. In 2019, they became the Company Owner at Hart Property Advisors, Inc, as well as the Director of Development and Innovation at Milepost Consulting.
Samantha S. Hart completed their Masters of Science in the Institute for Sustainable Practice at Lipscomb University in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a B.S. in Concrete Industry Management and Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). Samantha also holds certifications from ACI, the Florida Department of Transportation, OSHA, the American Concrete Pipe Association: Florida, PCSA of Florida, and the Tennessee Department of Education. These certifications include an ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade I, Batch Plant Operator, LEED Green Associate, OSHA 30, QC Technician Level I and Level II, Quality Control Personnel Certification Levels I and II, and a Tennessee Apprentice Occupational Education License- Masonry.
