Bastian Neumann-Semerow has extensive experience in marketing and communication within the travel and loyalty program sectors. Currently serving as Manager Marketing Communication, Manager Program Experience & Communication, and Manager Program Marketing at Miles & More GmbH since September 2014, Bastian has been involved in PR and event management for Europe's leading frequent flyer and rewards program. Prior to this role, Bastian worked as Marketing Manager at Miles & More International GmbH, focusing on direct marketing from January 2012 to August 2014. Earlier experience includes a position as Referent Marketing at Thomas Cook, where Bastian concentrated on sales marketing for the company's travel agency chain, and as a Dialog Marketing Specialist at C&N Touristic.
