Stephanie Kaye Baron

Stephanie Kaye Baron is a Principal and Co-Practice Group Leader for the Labor & Employment Department at Miles & Stockbridge, where Stephanie has worked since September 2004. In this role, Stephanie advises and represents businesses on various employment law matters and is a member of the Firm's Diversity Committee. Prior to this position, Stephanie served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Court of Special Appeals from August 2003 to August 2004 and worked as an Auditor at Arthur Andersen from September 1999 to August 2000. Stephanie holds a J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, obtained between 2000 and 2003, and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland, earned from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, Stephanie is a graduate of Pikesville High.
