Rachel Mathews McCarthy

Rachel Mathews McCarthy has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Rachel started their career at Fordham University Community Service Program as a Special Events & Cultural Programs Planner from September 2006 to May 2009. Rachel then worked as a Volunteer Coordinator at Buffalo ReUse Inc from June 2009 to June 2010. Rachel then joined Gibney, Anthony & Flaherty, LLP as a Senior Brand Protection Specialist from June 2010 to April 2013. Rachel then transitioned to Fond (formerly AnyPerk) and held the roles of Customer Success Manager from April 2013 to April 2014 and later served as the Head of Customer Experience from April 2014 to October 2015. Following this, they joined ZeroCater as a Logistics Operations Manager from October 2015 to February 2017, and during the same period, they also worked as a Client Success Manager. In March 2017, Rachel joined The Milestone Foundation as an Executive Director, where they served till February 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Strategic Partnerships at Milestone, starting from March 2017.

Rachel Mathews McCarthy obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Peace & Justice Studies from Fordham University. Rachel attended the university from 2005 to 2009.
