Chip Summerall has a diverse work experience in sales and management. Chip currently serves as the HVAC Sales Director at Milestone since July 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Trinity Software from April 2014 to November 2019, holding the positions of Executive Vice President and Software Sales Account Executive. During their tenure, they achieved significant accomplishments such as closing the largest single transaction sale in nine years, consistently exceeding quarterly quotas by 160% or more, and securing the two largest clients in the company's 25-year history. Before Trinity Software, Chip worked as a Sales Consultant at Trigger Marketing Group from September 2013 to February 2014, where they were responsible for developing sales scripts, training materials, and improving the sales process. Chip also served as a Security Sales Specialist at Smith Monitoring Home Security from January 2012 to August 2013, contributing to the company's growth and achievement as one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S.

Chip Summerall attended Dallas Baptist University, where they studied Marketing and earned a BBA degree.
