Natalie Ross is the Vice President of Human Services at Milestone Retirement Communities. Natalie has dedicated their career to helping others and improving communities.

Natalie Ross started their career as a Fulbright Fellow at the University of Pretoria in Pretoria, South Africa. There, they implemented and evaluated a student tutorial and academic development program for university-level teacher training programs. Additionally, Natalie designed and facilitated girl's clubs in Pretoria-area townships with high school students. The goal of the girl's clubs was to provide support and guidance to help the students succeed. Natalie's work with the Fulbright Fellowship led to their being asked to join the Aga Khan Foundation USA as a Program Assistant in their Education department in 2011.

In 2012, Natalie was promoted to Program Associate in the Civil Society and Youth department at Aga Khan Foundation USA. In this role, they managed a $30M portfolio of civil society programs in East Africa and Central and South Asia. Her focus was on organizational sustainability, enabling environments, community mobilization and cohesion, local philanthropy architecture and networks, and social entrepreneurship.

In 2015, Natalie left Aga Khan Foundation USA to join Milestone Retirement Communities as their Vice President of Human Services. In this role, Natalie is responsible for leading the company's human services team and initiatives. Under their leadership, Milestone Retirement Communities has made great strides in improving the lives of their residents.

Natalie Ross completed their BA in Political Science and Africana Studies at Wellesley College. Natalie then attended United World College USA.

They work with Carl Dudley - National Director, Culinary Services and Procurement, Rosalyn Watson - Chief Clinical Officer, and Patrick Dooley - Chief Development Officer. Natalie Ross reports to Paul Dendy, Chief Executive Officer.
