Gina Arnold, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CPSP has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Gina served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Support Services at ProgenyHealth, LLC, where they built and managed the HR department, aligned human capital with business strategy, and oversaw various HR operations. Prior to that, Gina founded their own HR consulting business, GMG HR Partners, LLC, where they partnered with business founders and leaders in developing human capital programs. Gina has also worked as a Human Resource Manager at TotalFacility Inc. and as an Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Wachovia/First Union Bank (Wells Fargo). Gina's career in HR began as a Human Resources Team Leader at Mellon Bank.

Gina Arnold holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resource Management from Drexel University. Gina also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware. In addition to their formal education, Gina has obtained several certifications in their field.
