Catherine Park, MBA, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people operations across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of People Operations at Milestone Systems since February 2025, Catherine has previously held significant roles including Director of Global HR Operations at Resilinc, where Catherine modernized global employee benefits, and Director of People at Lytics, leading comprehensive HR functions and enhancing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Catherine’s background also includes a Regional Human Resources Manager position at Acreage Holdings, where Catherine aligned HR practices with business goals, and a lengthy tenure at The Portland Clinic, managing recruitment and training protocols. Catherine holds an MBA from Syracuse University and a Bachelor’s degree in History and French from Dickinson College.
