Cecilia Bengtsson

Cecilia Bengtsson is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Global HR Business Partner at Milestone Systems. Previously, Cecilia held the position of HR Manager for Iberia at Veeva Systems and worked as a Talent Partner for EU Sales. Additional experience includes mentoring at UngTilUng and serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Ferring Pharmaceuticals. Cecilia also worked as a Talent/People Partner at Agilent Technologies. In terms of education, Cecilia studied at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and is currently pursuing a course in Organisational and Leadership Theories at Copenhagen Business School, attended from 2022 to the present.
