Olivier Crene

Olivier Crene is the SVP & GM of Customer Exp. & Infrastructure at Milestone Technologies. Olivier has over 15 years of experience in global oversight of long-running multi-million-dollar IT outsourcing contracts and ensuring strategies for and efficacy of operations, technology, and human capital.

Most recently, they were with Solaroid Inc. as a board advisor and investor. Solaroid Inc. is a startup that is pioneering in drone technologies, IoT and aerial surveys, crowd sourcing, and Artificial Intelligence. Prior to Solaroid Inc., Olivier was with T-Systems International GmbH for over 15 years where they were the VP International Accounts & Service Management.

At T-Systems, Olivier was responsible for driving superior business results in 15 countries across Americas, APAC and Europe. Olivier also owned the direct account relationship and business IT strategy with corporations to deliver managed services related to Datacenter, SAP, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, Cloud, End User Services, IoT, Application Management, and Telecom (WAN/LAN/SD-WAN). Olivier was recognized for diagnosing and restoring troubled accounts through proactive solutions. Olivier was alsoescalated in ranks multiple times for leadership in advising the board of directors on optimal course of action in favor of business sustainability and increased YOY dividends from service lines.

Olivier Crene holds a Master of Engineering from ESME Sudria in the field of Electrotechnic and Computer sciences. Olivier also has an Executive Service Delivery Manager certification from T-systems International. In addition, they have completed an Executive Program from ESMT Berlin.
