Surbhi Akhouri

Surbhi Akhouri, MS, PHR, is a strategic HR leader with extensive experience in managing human resources functions across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of People Experience at Milestone Technologies, Inc. since October 2018, Surbhi oversees a team of HR Business Partners supporting over 600 employees and has played a pivotal role in company-wide programs for Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Leadership Development. Previous roles include HR positions at ADP, where Surbhi directed HR strategies and developed effective HR policies, and as HR Manager at Gemstone Hotel Durant, overseeing full-cycle recruiting and employee relations. Surbhi's foundational HR experience includes roles as an HR Representative and Intern, complemented by a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Golden Gate University.
