Becky Passman

Becky Passman is the current CEO at MILESTONES AREA AGENCY ON AGING. Prior to this, they served as a project manager at Bi-State Regional Commission from October 2005 to July 2017. Becky also worked as a media planner at Ivie & Associates, Inc. from July 2004 to September 2005. Before that, they were with Milestones Area Agency on Aging. From July 2017 to November 2017, they were with First Transit as an administration & grants manager. Becky has also co-owned and served as office manager at Kingdom Builders Contracting Corp. from March 2000 to September 2003. Additionally, they have served as an adjunct instructor at Black Hawk College from July 1997 to July 2004.

Becky Passman has a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Drake University. Becky also has a Bachelor's Degree in English and Philosophy from Augustana College, Rock Island, Illinois, and is certified to teach Secondary Education. Becky also has an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Black Hawk College, Moline, IL.
