Brent Ciarrocca

Brent Ciarrocca is an experienced restaurant and hospitality manager with a proven track record in operations, training, and staff development. Currently serving as General Manager at Milestones Grill + Bar since July 2017, Brent oversees all restaurant operations and regional training initiatives. Prior roles include Assistant General Manager and Development Manager at the same company, where Brent focused on recruitment aligned with organizational culture. Brent's earlier experience includes positions as Senior Night Manager at Earls Kitchen + Bar, Variable Manager and staff developer at Milestones Grill + Bar, and General Manager roles at both Hotel Arts and Great Events Group. Brent holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mount Royal University and a Business Administration Diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
