Dustin Gray

Dustin Gray has extensive experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on technology and innovation. Dustin is currently the CEO & Cofounder of Milestones Labs, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Operations at realtor.com in 2019. From 2015 to 2019, Dustin was the SVP Consumer Products & Innovation at RealPage, where they led teams in developing consumer products for the housing industry. Before that, they co-founded and served as CEO of Green Per Square Foot, where they facilitated retrofits for hundreds of buildings. Earlier in their career, they worked at Deloitte Consulting, helping clean tech companies launch new facilities, and co-founded CATYLIST, INC., a commercial real estate marketing and data analytics company. Dustin also worked at CCIM Institute as Chief Information Architect and at Cognitive Arts as an Economics Course Developer. Dustin began their career as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Sperry Van Ness | Lillie & Associates.

Dustin Gray has an MBA degree in Finance, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship which they obtained from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2006 to 2008. Prior to their MBA, they completed their undergraduate studies at Northwestern University from 1996 to 2000, earning a BA degree in Economics, History, and German. Furthermore, they received their High School Diploma from PHS (unspecified institution) between 1992 and 1996. In addition to their formal education, Dustin also obtained a certification in CCIM from the CCIM Institute in October 2001.
