Mike Silkett

Mike Silkett has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Mike is currently serving as the Chief Product Officer at Milestones Labs since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Funnel Leasing as the Group Product Manager from January 2022 to June 2022.

Mike's longest tenure was at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. where they held various positions. Mike started as a Database Administrator in January 2002 and worked their way up to become a Product Line Director, managing teams of Product Managers. During their time at Keller Williams, they created a Real Estate Sales Pipeline from scratch, resulting in significant user adoption and revolutionizing the way real estate agents manage their sales.

As a Senior Product Manager, Mike designed and built sales pipeline, marketing tools, and client relations applications for real estate agents on the Salesforce platform. Mike also conducted competitive analysis and established partnerships with third-party vendors to integrate with KW technologies.

Before that, Mike served as a Program Manager, where they designed and marketed operational applications for franchises worldwide, resulting in significant growth for the company. Mike also developed financial applications for revenue management across various international regions.

Additionally, Mike has experience as a Data Services and Business Intelligence Manager, where they managed a team focusing on data design, reporting, and analytics. During this time, they played a key role in creating the data and reporting layers of eEdge, an award-winning real estate application.

Overall, Mike Silkett has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in product management, sales pipeline development, and strategic partnerships throughout their career.

Mike Silkett completed their education history with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin from 1994 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended Round Rock High School from 1988 to 1991 for their high school education. Mike also obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in April 2016.
