Mostafa Naguib

Mostafa Naguib has had an extensive career in the fields of compensation benefits and data analysis. Mostafa began their career in 2010 as a Customer Service Representative at Etisal International Co. Mostafa then moved up to become a Team Leader and MIS Reporting Team Leader. In 2016, they joined Nodust Misr as a Supervisor Operation & Data Analyst. In 2019, they began working at Andalusia Careers as a SPV Data Analyst and at the same time, they were also the Head Of Compensation Benefits at Andalusia Group for Medical Services. Most recently, they were appointed as a Compensation Benefits Business Partner at Milezmore in 2022.

Mostafa Naguib attended Saad Zaghloul Secondary School from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a High School degree in Arts. Mostafa then went on to Cairo University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from 2006 to 2009.
