Alice Hall

Alice Hall has extensive experience in Human Resources, specifically in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Milford Regional Medical Center since July 2018, Alice previously held the role of Director, Compensation and Benefits at the same institution from February 2012 to June 2015. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS at AAA Northeast from June 2015 to July 2018, and as Sr. Compensation Manager at Philips North America from January 2008 to January 2012, where Alice led compensation and data-related projects. Earlier roles include Manager of Compensation and HR Systems at Philips Lifeline and Manager of Human Resources at Thermo IEC. Alice holds an MBA in Accounting from Bentley University and a BA in Economics from Boston College.
