Andrejs Kancs

Andrejs Kancs has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Andrejs is currently the VP of Finance and Asset Management at Milhaus since August 2023. Previously, they served as the Director at Scannell Properties from March 2022 to August 2023. At Milhaus, they held the positions of Director of Finance from December 2020 to March 2022 and Manager of Finance & Asset Management from September 2017 to December 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Duke Realty Corporation as a Senior Financial Analyst from January 2012 to September 2017, where they handled various financial analyses and project approvals. Andrejs also worked as a Credit Analyst at Duke Realty Corporation from August 2006 to January 2012, where they evaluated potential tenants' financial statements. Additionally, they gained experience as an intern at Bradford Group, Inc. from May 2005 to August 2006.

From 2002 to 2006, Andrejs Kancs attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance with a focus on Real Estate.
