Paige Bell

Paige Bell has worked at Milhaus since 2018, starting as a Senior Talent Associate before being promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Talent Acquisition. Prior to their role at Milhaus, Paige worked at OurHealth from 2014 to 2018, where they held various positions in talent development and human resources.

Paige Bell obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Ball State University, which they attended from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications. In 2014, they received an Advanced Professionalism Certificate from Ball State University. In 2015, they obtained a Notary Public of Indiana certification from the State of Indiana. In 2019, they became an Extended DISC Certified Trainer, with certifications from Extended DISC™ in the USA, U.K., Canada, and Singapore. Most recently, in May 2021, they obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
