Suzie Shipley

Suzie Shipley has extensive experience in construction management, currently serving as the Manager of Construction Coordinators at Milhaus Construction since November 2013. In this role, Suzie provides leadership to project coordinators and offers expertise in Construction Documentation, including subcontract agreements, change orders, purchase orders, pay applications, permits, licenses, and tracking WBE/MBE/DBE projects across multiple states. Prior to this position, Suzie held the role of Construction Coordinator at Kosene & Kosene Development & Management Co., Inc. from January 1999 to April 2013. Suzie's educational background includes graduating from Beech Grove High School.
