Alejandra Flores

Alejandra Flores is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in engineering and consulting. Currently serving as Principal at Milian Engineering & Consulting since May 2024, Alejandra previously held the role of Principal at Civilitude Engineers & Planners from June 2021 to May 2024. Earlier in the career, Alejandra worked as a Project Engineer at LOC Consultants, Civil Division, Inc. from January 2019 to June 2021 and as a Civil Engineer Intern at BIG RED DOG Engineering | Consulting in 2018. In addition to engineering roles, Alejandra has demonstrated leadership skills as the UIW SWE President with the Society of Women Engineers and as a mentor at the University of the Incarnate Word MiniGEMS program. Alejandra holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a Mechatronics Track from the University of the Incarnate Word.
