Katie Dexter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in veteran recruitment and financial operations. Currently serving as the Director of Veteran Recruitment at Military.com since September 2025, Katie partners with Fortune 1000 and mid-market companies to enhance workforce strategies for military and veteran talent. Prior roles include Sr. Director of Revenue Operations and Sr. Director of Finance at The Headstrong Project, where Katie led technology solutions and financial oversight. As SVP of Operations and Sales at Orion Talent, Katie developed a diversity talent product offering, and as CEO of Hirepurpose & MilSpouseFest, Katie drove strategic growth for initiatives supporting the military community. Katie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Central Connecticut State University and an Associate of Science in Journalism from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville.
