Andrew Carter

Andrew Carter is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in both military and commercial fasteners and consumer electronics industries. Currently serving as the Regional Quality Manager for Military & Commercial Fasteners Corp., Andrew oversees a quality team focusing on incoming quality control, certification, and non-conformance material management. Previous roles include Supplier Quality Manager and Quality Supervisor at the same organization, along with responsibilities for AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 QMS administration. At DISH Network, Andrew excelled as a Distribution Quality Supervisor, leading quality inspections and training personnel. Earlier experience at Greer Amps, LLC. involved managing production teams and logistics for guitar effect pedals and amplifiers. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from The University of Georgia.
