Scott Caldwell

Scott Caldwell, MSEM, has extensive experience in emergency management and communication, currently serving as the State Emergency Operations Officer for the Military Department Washington since June 2015. Prior to this role, Scott was a Rider Coach at Pacific Northwest Motorcycle Safety from April 2001 to June 2015 and worked as an Emergency Telecommunicator at CENCOM in Kitsap County from January 2000 to February 2015. Scott holds a Master's Degree in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from Jacksonville State University (2005-2008) and a Bachelor's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Eastern Washington University (1990-1992).
