Brittni Rhoads

Brittni Rhoads is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing and business development. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Business Development, Membership & Marketing at the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) since November 2021, Brittni manages affinity relationships and member benefits to enhance overall member value. Prior to this role, Brittni held positions at Association Development Services, Inc. as Marketing and Operations Manager and Marketing Coordinator, and also served as a Public Relations and Marketing Associate at Xavier University School of Medicine. Early career experience includes roles as a Junior Event Specialist at Adecco and various positions at 1-800-Flowers.com, including Assistant Store Manager and Floral Designer. Brittni holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Interactive Multimedia Arts and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Public Relations, both from Long Island University.
