Chfc® Lila Quintiliani Afc®

Lila Quintiliani, ChFC®, AFC® has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lila currently serves as the Program Director for Financial and Benefits Education/Counseling at the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. as a Personal Financial Counselor for almost a decade from November 2012 to October 2021.

Lila also has experience at the Consumer Federation of America, where they held various positions, including Military Saves Senior Program Manager from August 2020 to September 2021, and Military Saves Program Manager from January 2019 to August 2020.

Lila worked as a Financial Subject Matter Expert at The Bowen Group from April 2018 to April 2019. Furthermore, Lila had a role as an Assistant Coordinator for Military Saves at the Consumer Federation of America from January 2012 to August 2013.

Additionally, Lila contributed to the Virginia Tech Cooperative Extension as a Volunteer in Family & Consumer Sciences from September 2011 to August 2013. Lila also gained valuable experience as a Personal Financial Counseling Intern at Langley Air Force Base from September 2010 to June 2011.

Lila began their professional journey as a Military Intelligence Officer in the United States Army, where they served from 1994 to 1997.

Lila Quintiliani, ChFC®, AFC®, has an extensive education history. Lila earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in East Asian Studies from Columbia University. Lila then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in History with a focus on Chinese History at UCLA. Additionally, they completed an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Programming from Augusta Technical College.

Lila later returned to UCLA to earn another Master of Arts (MA) degree, though the field of study is unspecified.

In 2017, Lila began studying at The American College of Financial Services, where they obtained a ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) degree in 2021.

In addition to their academic achievements, Lila has obtained several certifications. Lila is an Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC) certified by AFCPE since June 2021. Lila is also a Chartered Financial Consultant® certified by The American College of Financial Services since June 2021. Moreover, they hold a certification as a Certified Military Family Housing Specialist from USA Cares, earned in December 2012, and completed the VHDA Basic to Intermediate Foreclosure Prevention certification offered by the Virginia Housing Development Authority in March 2011.
