Helen Marshall

Helen Marshall has an extensive background in finance and administration, currently serving as the Manager of Finance and Administration for the Scholarship Fund at the Military Officers Association of America since February 2018. Previous roles include Director of Finance and Administration at the American Political Science Association, Senior Accountant positions at CFED and ASAE and the Center for Association Leadership, and Accounting Manager at the Consumer Healthcare Products Association. Helen's career began as an Accounting Clerk at the Community Psychiatric Clinic, and Helen holds a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Accounting from the University of Maryland Global Campus, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of the District of Columbia.
