Nancy Woodworth Carr has over three decades of experience with the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA), holding progressively responsible roles, including Executive Assistant to the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since May 2016, Deputy Director of Public Relations from 2009 to 2016, and Assistant Director of Public Relations from 1991 to 2009. Nancy Woodworth Carr holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
