Samar Arny, PMP, currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Military Transition & Readiness Council at the Washington State Department of Veterans Affairs and as a Director on the Boards of the Military Officers Association of America and the Economic Development Council for Island County. Previous roles include Executive Director of the WhidbeyHealth Foundation, where Samar achieved notable revenue and donor growth, and Director of Development at Partners in PROMISE. A former U.S. diplomat, Samar led community engagement initiatives at the U.S. Embassy in Sweden and has extensive experience in operations and management across various sectors. Samar holds a Master’s degree in Management from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Marketing & Advertising from Notre Dame University - Louaize.
