Harlis Sion

Harlis Sion is an experienced professional currently serving as a Behavioral Therapist at Breakthruautism and as a National Service Officer for the Military Order of the Purple Heart of the U.S.A., Inc. since November 2018. In these roles, Harlis advises veterans and their dependents on their rights under military service benefits, while also conducting public relations initiatives to raise awareness about veterans' benefits. Additionally, Harlis has been a Senior Case Manager at the Federal Bureau of Prisons since August 2004, where responsibilities include managing inmate custody and fostering positive public perceptions of parolees. Previously, from November 2016 to November 2018, Harlis worked as an Adult Protection Specialist for the Louisiana Government, managing a caseload of clients experiencing abuse or neglect. Harlis holds a Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Grambling State University.
