Malene Blangshøj

Malene Blangshøj currently holds the position of HR Chef and Funktionsleder at Miljøstyrelsen since July 2018, overseeing the HR Partner team and policies. Previously, Malene served as Afdelingsleder for HR og Kommunikation and HR-leder at Egedal Kommune from January 2007 to April 2018, where responsibilities included personnel and budget oversight, as well as merging departments for better synergy. Earlier experience includes roles as Koordinator for Driftsteamet and Borgerrådgiver at Stenløse Kommune, along with work as Medhjælper at Kaspersskolen and as a Vikar at Bikuben. Malene has an extensive educational background, including various degrees from Københavns Universitet in employment law, a Cand.Scient.Adm from Roskilde University, and a Diplom i ledelse from Professionshøjskolen Metropol, among others, completing multiple certifications in project management and workplace safety.
