Dan Scott-Croxford serves as Chief Creative Officer and Partner at Milk Agency since February 2021, after their role as Executive Creative Director at BuckL from 2019 to March 2024, focusing on leading creative vision and strategy. Previous experience includes Global Head of Content at Stink Studios (2016-2019), where involvement in the Executive Creative Committee shaped the company's future growth strategy. Dan also established Stink Studios and led cross-functional collaboration at Passion Raw from 2010 to 2015. Early in the career, positions included Executive Producer at Stink from 2003 to 2010, nurturing directorial talent and overseeing project development. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College.
