Annette Matera

Annette Matera is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in payroll and benefits management. Currently serving as the Senior Payroll & Benefits Manager at Milk Bar since August 2017, Annette is responsible for strategizing, developing, and executing HR technology and processes, overseeing accurate payroll and benefits administration for all Milk Bar locations. Prior to this role, Annette was the Human Resources Benefits Manager at Eataly for six years, managing nationwide benefits for a large workforce and implementing various HR systems. Annette's previous positions include roles as HR Generalist and HR Coordinator at the U.S. Census Bureau, and customer-focused positions at Mohonk Mountain House and Abundant Life Chiropractic. Annette holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from SUNY New Paltz.
