Customer Experience Associate at Milk Moovement

Lara Issa has a diverse work experience history. Lara started their professional journey as a Registration Officer at Élections Canada | Elections Canada in 2019. Later that year, they also served as a Skill Builder at Nova Scotia Secondary School Students' Association. In 2020, Lara joined Larry Uteck Dentistry as a Secondary Assistant/Receptionist, where they assisted in cleaning and organizing the dental clinic and handled receptionist duties. In 2021, Lara took up a role as a Cashier at Shoppers Drug Mart and as a Customer Service Representative at Splashifax Waterparks Inc. Lara also became a Second Year Representative at Rowe Women in Business Association, where they actively contributed to the organization. In 2022, Lara worked as a Summer Student (Administration) at the Government of Nova Scotia, assisting the administrative team at the Office of the Fire Marshal. Continuing their career in 2023, Lara joined Milk Moovement as a Customer Experience/Onboarding Co-op. Additionally, Lara held various leadership positions at Dalhousie Management Society from 2021 to 2023, starting as a VP Academic, then as a VP Marketing, and eventually becoming the President. Lara'sresponsibilities included overseeing marketing strategies, running social media accounts, creating brand content, and acting as a liaison between the academic faculty and the student body.

Lara Issa completed their high school education at Charles P. Allen High School. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Management Internship Program at Dalhousie University, specializing in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. As of 2024, they are expected to complete their degree at Dalhousie University.
